Hi, I’m Kathleen—a Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM), Precision Nutrition Coach, former NCAA Division 1 athlete, and a mother of three.

Fitness and health have always been a major part of my life, but as a mom and business owner, I understand the challenges of balancing family, career, and personal well-being. That’s why I created Living Wellman—a coaching approach designed for real people with busy lives who want to prioritize their health without the stress of complicated routines or extreme diets.

Nope! All workouts can be done at home or in the gym. We’ll adjust your plan based on the equipment you have available and your preferences.

Absolutely. Our coaching is personalized to your starting point, and we’ll walk you through each step. Whether you're a beginner or returning after a break, you’ll be set up for success.
Once you purchase your plan, you’ll receive an email with instructions to download our app and complete your intake steps. First, you’ll fill out a short assessment survey to help us tailor your program. If your tier includes nutrition coaching, you’ll also log three days of meals. We’ll ask what equipment you have access to—home or gym—and then we’ll create your personalized plan and schedule your first coaching session.
Depending on your plan, you’ll receive regular check-ins via email or text (weekly), plus monthly or bi-monthly Zoom calls for deeper progress reviews and adjustments.
